At last Tuesday’s CMS school board meeting there was a powerful and passionate presentation from a small group of teachers participating in the Talent Effectiveness Project teacher working groups. The energy, enthusiasm and professionalism of the teachers was encouraging, and will serve as a guidepost for professional development and school improvement efforts in CMS.
